About Top Mallorca Constructions Your local partner for building and looking after your home in Mallorca
We set up Top Mallorca Constructions in 2022 so that owners building or refurbishing in Mallorca would not have to coordinate ten different people. Today we are the construction arm of the Top Mallorca group, with an office in Palma.
Why we exist
A build should not depend on the owner coordinating everything
Top Mallorca grew out of first-hand experience in the industry and out of a need we saw time and again: refurbishing or building a home in Mallorca gets complicated very quickly, especially when the owner does not live on the island.
Architects, builders, trades, suppliers, permits, design decisions, quotes, changes, deadlines… The client ends up coordinating too many moving parts, often without the information or the time needed to do it well.
That is why we set out to create a company that would not simply receive a set of plans, carry out the work and leave once it was finished. A company that would understand what each client is looking for, support them in their decisions and be their local team throughout the project – and afterwards too.
What a high-end home means to us
A high-end home is not defined only by expensive materials or fine finishes. True luxury also lies in how the client experiences the whole process: receiving clear information, knowing what is happening, having control over decisions and costs, and being able to count on someone who takes charge when a problem arises.
That is why we take as much care over how we run a build as over the build itself: organisation and professionalism, without losing the personal touch of a company where you know who is behind your project.
