The project
Vertical living in an old-quarter townhouse
Es Jonquet is the old fishermen’s and millers’ quarter next to Santa Catalina, where narrow houses grow upwards and back towards their courtyards. This home is laid out over several levels: an open-plan living area on the ground floor, bedrooms upstairs and a roof terrace for living outdoors.
Everything is tied together by seamless microcement flooring, from the living room out to the courtyard, and by black steel-framed glazing that lets the light in without sacrificing privacy.
